Every home is different, and requires a different level of cleaning. We feel that charging by square footage is unfair to customers. Just because a home is larger, doesn't mean the job has to be more expensive.


For that very reason we charge by the hour, that way you can control how deep your clean is and how much you spend. Most homes require 2-3 hours of cleaning. Normal rates are $125.00 per hour during the week, and $150.00 per hour on the weekends. 2 hour minimum.


We also don't itemize charge for things like windows, making beds and baseboards. You pay for the time, it's all included.


Rate includes two cleaners , and all supplies.
